Will my fence be "dog-proof"?

Unfortunately for owners of furry friends, no fence is dog-proof. Because very few, if any yards are completely flat, there may be some spaces or gaps between your fence and the ground. This is because the fence must follow the grade and where there are dips or hills in the terrain, there will likely be a space. In some cases and at the request of the customer, we can cut each picket custom in order to eliminate gaps as much as possible. This should be discussed at the time of your estimate
How far out is your schedule?

We do our very best to give each customer an estimated time frame for installation at the time the estimate is sent. Because our schedule depends very heavily on things outside of our control such as weather, ground conditions, and moving closing dates, it is impossible for us to give you an exact start date until you approach the front of our schedule. We do our best to give updates as much as possible and customers are always encouraged to reach out to us to check their place in line at any time
What if I notice loose boards or my gate starts sticking?

No worries! With our comprehensive one-year workmanship warranty, loose boards, gate adjustments, and more are totally covered. These minor things are to be expected as the weather changes and ground settles and are no problem for us to fix within one year of installation. We provide our full warranty details to every customer along with their estimate
Do I have to sign a contract to schedule my fence project?

Absolutely not! We do not believe in contractually forcing you to do business with us. We realize that there are many options when choosing a fencing company to do business with and if you choose us, we do not take that lightly. Our workmanship and integrity speak for themselves, and we take pride in treating each customer like family. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of.
When can I stain my wooden fence?

We recommend waiting at least 3-6 months after installation of your wooden fence to stain it. This allows ample time for pressure treated wood to dry thoroughly and allows the stain to effectively penetrate. We also recommend waiting until it has not rained for a few days before staining.
